The Vibrating Screen is a screening machine that operates on the principle of using a vertical motor as the vibration source. Eccentric hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor, transforming the rotary motion of the motor into a three-dimensional motion—horizontal, vertical, and inclined. This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface by adjusting the phase angles at the upper and lower ends of the screen, thereby changing the material's movement trajectory on the screen surface. The parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel, the base is made of carbon steel, and the entire body of the standard type is made of ordinary carbon steel.
