Hydraulic Arc Screen, also known as Sieve Bend Screen, Hydraulic Screen, Arc Screen, Slotted Screen, Inclined Screen, Hydraulic Grate, and Arc Grate, is used for pre-dewatering, mud removal, and preliminary separation of materials or fibers in liquids.
The main body of the Sieve Bend Screen is a stainless steel arc or flat filter screen made of wedge-shaped steel bars. The wastewater to be treated is evenly distributed on the inclined screen surface through an overflow weir. Due to the small and smooth gaps on the screen surface and the large gaps on the back, drainage is smooth, and blockage is not easily caused. Solid substances are retained, and the filtered water flows out from the gaps in the screen plate. At the same time, under hydraulic action, solid substances are pushed to the lower end of the screen plate and discharged, achieving the purpose of solid-liquid separation. The hydraulic screen can effectively reduce the concentration of suspended matter in water, reducing the processing load of subsequent processes. It is also used in industrial production for solid-liquid separation and recovery of useful substances, making it an excellent non-powered device for filtering or recovering suspended solids, floating solids, precipitates, and other solid or colloidal substances.
