The Screw Press, operated by squeezing through a screw, generates powerful extrusion force due to the changing diameter and pitch of the screw. The tiny gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring enables solid-liquid separation by squeezing and dehydrating sludge.

During operation, sludge enters the filter cylinder through the feed inlet and is pushed towards the discharge outlet by the spiral shaft helical blades. As the pitch between the helical blades gradually decreases, the pressure on the sludge increases, initiating dehydration under the influence of the pressure difference. Water flows out from the filter gap between the fixed ring and the moving ring. Simultaneously, the equipment relies on the self-cleaning function between the fixed and moving rings to sweep the filter gap, preventing clogging. The mud cake is fully dehydrated and discharged from the discharge outlet under the pushing action of the spiral shaft.

Wide applications:
1. Suitable for sludge in municipal sewage, food, beverage, chemical, leather, welding materials, papermaking, dyeing, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
2. Suitable for dewatering high and low-concentration sludge. When dewatering low-concentration sludge (2000mg/L~), there is no need to build concentration and storage tanks, reducing construction costs and minimizing the release of phosphorus and the generation of anaerobic odors.

1. Compact design, including an electrical control cabinet, measuring tank, coagulation mixing tank, and the main body of the dewatering machine.

Unclogging feature:
