Cartridge Filter

The Cartridge Filter is a traditional yet high-precision filtration device. It mainly consists of a filter cartridge, housing, and fixing device. Fluid enters the filter housing through the inlet and undergoes filtration by the filter cartridge. Impurities are trapped on the surface and in the depth of the filter cartridge, while the cleaned fluid is directed out through the outlet via a diversion rod. The machine uses fastening eye bolts for easy and quick operation. The filter housing (cylinder) is entirely manufactured using high-quality stainless steel materials (SS304 and SS316L) and features a unique design with either a multi-filter forced seal or a single-support filter cartridge seal structure. This design ensures nearly 100% leakage-free operation of the filter and the filtration process. Precision-cast top covers and conduit shapes allow the fluid to enter the filtration state more directly and quickly, significantly reducing turbulence. The quality of the filter's weld seams is high, ensuring safe and reliable use. Other features include side inlet and outlet diversion, reducing operational height and space requirements, making maintenance easy, quick, and less labor-intensive, and increasing production efficiency.

The filter can be equipped with various filter cartridges, including folded filter cartridges, metal mesh filter cartridges, microporous ceramic rod filter cartridges, metal microporous sintered rod filter cartridges, polyester microporous filter cartridges, and synthetic fiber wound filter cartridges. These cartridges are inserted into the central plate hole of the machine, and the liquid to be filtered passes through the filter cartridges under external pressure to achieve the purpose of filtration. Different filter cartridges can be selected for fine separation of various liquid-solid combinations. The separation quantity and fineness depend on the number of filter cartridges and the selection of diameter. It is generally suitable for high-precision product filtration and safety filtration.

Application scope:
1. Precision filtration of liquid products in chemical production, such as silicon sulfate, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, liquid alkali, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, methanol, propanol, aluminum sulfate, iron-free aluminum sulfate, chloroform, dichloroammonia, hydrochloric acid, polyaluminum chloride, crystalline salt, sulfuric acid, sodium hydrosulfide.
2. Treatment of heavy metal wastewater, such as electroplating wastewater, circuit board wastewater, three-salt-based lead sulfate, copper, iron red, iron yellow containing zinc, copper plate paper, production of zinc chloride, wastewater containing ions such as selenium, copper, chromium, nickel, aluminum, etc., can achieve emission standards through chemical methods and microfiltration using PE and PA.
3. Treatment of chemical wastewater, scattering fines, white paper paddles, dyeing, tanning, etc., sodium nitrobenzene, vanadium oxide, carbon black, lead acetate, lead sulfate, manganese sulfate filtration, as well as recovery of catalysts such as sodium sulfate and polystyrene in chemical products. Treatment of wastewater containing fluorine, sulfur, oil, yellow phosphorus, etc., in the production process and "three wastes" treatment, liquid-solid separation, liquid clarification, aeration, oxygenation, and other processes, as well as coarse and fine filtration in domestic and collective water purification devices, have achieved significant social benefits.
